The order was placed on the Wednesday evening and it arrrived perfectly packaged on the Friday, less than 48 hours later. Claire was highly attentive to customer service from the moment the order was placed through to after-sales, when she was keen to ensure there were no issues. The product is of excellent quality & attractive to look at. Great pre-Christmas item for our small grandchildren. Would definitely buy from this retailer again.

Cannot recommend more, incredible product and fantastic serviceI had ordered Christmas plaques and templates before from Family Crafts to make a Christmas Eve box and was extremely impressed with what I received, when it came to making my sons memory box I contacted Family crafts to ask if they could help and I cannot recommend them more.
