Superb customer experience from start to finish. We bought a Family Traditional Advent Calendar with Drawers. The order was placed on the Wednesday evening and it arrrived perfectly packaged on the Friday, less than 48 hours later. Claire was highly attentive to customer service from the moment the order was placed through to after-sales, when she was keen to ensure there were no issues. The product is of excellent quality & attractive to look at. Great pre-Christmas item for our small grandchildren. Would definitely buy from this retailer again.
