Very pleased with Deans work, he’s extremely reliable and knowledgeable

I purchased a Bungalow which needed a lot of work doing including plumbing and heating.
After meeting Dean and discussing renewal of a boiler and radiators he was very knowledgeable and understanding and also a very nice person.
His estimate was very competitive.He made a fantastic job respectful of your property causing no mess at all.I have used Dean numerous times since and he never lets you down always on time.
I would highly recommend him having been in the building trade myself for forty years.

Mr. Marshall did a great job doing our plumbing work for our new kitchen and gas hub. He Is gas safe and gave us a certificate after fitting the gas hub . Great friendly guy . Thank you Dean. We will use you again keeping his number on file .

Dean installed my new boiler and he was excellent, he also installed a new unit in my bathroom. His work is excellent and always respected my carpets by having shoe covers

Had Dean sort out a faulty flush valve. Straight away inspired confidence and reliability on the phone, job working perfectly, clearly skilled and experienced but never gave the impression the job was “too small”. Great communication and fair pricing. Prompt. Have already recommended him to family and friends!

Absolutely fantastic service from Dean . Sorted our boiler out and serviced it and sorted out our leaky Radiators . House is toasty. Will definitely be calling Dean again. Such a lovely person.

Boiler stopped working, called 3 others before coming across Dean (worked way down listing on google). Called Dean at 12:30, was at my house by 3:15 ( had to come from the other side of town). Explained what he was doing/testing to get to the bottom of the problem. Then sorted replacement part within half hour ( could so easily have said can’t get it until tomorrow), came back and fitted it, heating was on and working perfectly by 4:45.

Dean was brilliant from start to finish. I moved into a new house with a very old and temperamental boiler. I contacted Dean and he was able to fix the initial issue within a day of getting in contact. He and his son then fitted a new boiler, removed the old water tanks and changed my old lead gas pipes a few months later - a huge job. They were fantastic, really friendly, kept me updated throughout the process and left the house neat and tidy each evening. So grateful to now have peace of mind (and a warm house) with the new boiler. Would recommend Dean to anyone. Thank you.
