Contacted Best Brothers yesterday evening about my dishwasher and Dylan arrived approximately an hour later.
Excellent service, he was very professional, competent, competitively priced, and friendly. Quickly had it fixed so overall I highly recommend Best Brothers and would be the first firm to contact if I have issues with my kitchen appliances in future. Well done 👏

All good , when i got in contact with the company very pleasant and very professional when they attended my home to check out what issues I had with my appliance , they were neat and tidy and took the time to check and repair the appliance that I had issues with , i would recommend them

Contacted Best Brothers kitchen Appliance repairs & services on Saturday about my broken dishwasher, and they were out first thing this morning and had it fixed within 10 minutes.
10/10-wouldn’t contact anyone else in future for kitchen appliance repairs.

10/10, highly recommend. My tumble dryer had been on its last legs for a wee while, then it finally died on saturday 😷 Direct Appliances Belfast opened up for an hour today, on a Sunday (NOWHERE else was open) when they figured I couldnt get school uniforms washed and dried for Monday morning 😭💕 i had originally held off getting a tumble dryer as its so expensive, but Direct Appliances made sure I got what I could afford, and with 6 months warranty! No doubt ill be back! Beyond chuffed, thanks guys 🙏🏻🙏🏻 not far from Shore Rd, easy to find 👌🏻

left over Christmas with no fridge freezer with 10 wee children all food destroyed and only for yourself pulling me out of a dark hole I'm an emotional wreck use have a heart of gold and I appreciate what use have done so close after xmas for my wee family , I'm really greatfull thank use so much for everything free fridge freezer and lovely turkey for the children for new years thank you once again for èveruthung I really appreciate it all

Got a fridge and washing machine delivered to our new house. The men had no hassle carrying everything in for us, fitted our appliances, checked they were all in working order. Even showed us how to use the machine washing settings. Couldn’t have been more helpful! 10/10 service would highly recommend and will definitely be using for all our future home needs!
