Dishwasher not working. Called on the Monday morning and they popped in that afternoon. Great service, good value, and I didn't need to wash the dishes after dinner! I rate them very highly.

Our oven stopped working on Thursday evening, we called Abacus on Friday morning and they could fit us in on Sunday morning with a reasonable call out fee which is clearly stated on their website. Problem diagnosed on our secondhand oven and luckily they had one available they could fit. All done, with our old oven removed by 3pm the same day.

One week on, and our dishwasher tripped the main circuit breaker. Naz attended and replaced the faulty part within two hours. Awesome !!
