Jamie and Liam took our dated bathroom back to bare walls. From the ashes of the old bathroom he installed a beautiful walk-in shower room to an Island Bathrooms design and fitments. Jamie is the consummate professional who strives to ensure that fixtures and fittings are installed and finished to the highest possible standard and will go the 'extra mile' to ensure that this is achieved. Our next project is the refurbishment of our kitchen, our challenge is finding a gap in his calendar. Note to others, book early to avoid him not being available for your project!

I can’t recommend B&R home improvements highly enough they’ve done an exceptional job on my kitchen.
What I like most about Jamie is that he’s a perfectionist and you can absolutely tell that by his workmanship and attention to detail.
My kitchen wasn’t the easiest job as the room is at an angle but Jamie has made it all look straight and has lined it up perfectly.
I received a number of quotes for the job and B&R was by far the best price.
A huge bonus for me was that my house was left clean and tidy after each day.
We had some issues with the kitchen supplier with bits missing ect, but Jamie went out of his way to resolve this and collect what we needed.
Jamie and Liam are genuinely lovely guys and I felt comfortable leaving them in my house to get the job done and I’m so pleased with my dream kitchen they’ve done a fantastic job!
I will be definitely getting them back for more jobs in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Well, how good were Jamie and his side-kick Liam in installing our new bathroom stuff to Island Bathroom's design? Answer: absolutely brilliant! All their work and finishing was of the highest quality, and their customer focus and engagement was also superb. They are now my first choice in any future work we may have.

Oh, worth noting they both like a coffee with two sugars and the odd chocolate digestive biscuit!

We've just had our new bathroom fitted and constructed by Jamie and Liam and couldn't be happier with their work. The quality of work was exceptional, Jamie is a perfectionist so couldn't be more thorough. They are also so friendly and considerate , clearing up thoroughly at the end of each day. Jamie did an excellent job on the structural work in our kitchen. He removed an old door and window, along with some old rotten wooden lintels and fitted a large steel beam as per engineers drawing and a new larger window. It's totally opened up the space and makes it a joy to spend time in the kitchen. Jamie went above and beyond to complete this before xmas 2019 under pretty cold damp December conditions. The price was very reasonable and the quality of work is great. He did a great job colour matching the mortar and brick and the attention to detail is brill. Would highly recommend him, thanks Jamie.

We booked Jamie for a full bathroom refurbishment after a very professional and candid visit to our property. We had everything booked and then COVID hit! Throughout the lockdown Jamie stayed in contact, unlike other fitters who might have cut and run. Once restrictions eased he was able to start work promptly at our convenience. After watching his team work for one day we had full confidence in leaving him the run of the property. He has high standards and knows his business but always keeps you in the loop if plans need to be amended because of structural issues (for example we had wanted a sliding door but he took measurements of our interior wall to show us that the wall was bowed and therefore advised against it). In two weeks (with slightly reduced hours due to child care) Jamie stripped the old bathroom, installed a new bathroom set, installed an extractor fan and then retiled and repainted the walls. We were very happy with the end result, feeling much more confident both about the state of the bathroom but also a bit more informed about the state of the floor and ceiling after his investigations into both (turns out the original bath had been balanced on next to nothing!)

Jamie & Pete fitted out our small en-suite bathroom with Calypso furniture from Island Bathrooms. They did an excellent job in two days and we are very pleased with the finish. Jamie is very efficient and knowledgeable and was able to offer solutions so that the furniture fitted perfectly. Both lads were friendly and courteous and cleaned up thoroughly after the work. Would highly recommend their services to anyone.
