I am very pleased and grateful for the service I was provided from Rich. From start to finish he has been so professional, so kind and helped me straight away. Unfortunately the car I bought had a problem and he offered to take the car back straight away. He arranged for me to see a new car which I love, and he picked the old car up, and dropped my new car with no problems, even tho I am a 3 hour journey away. He payed for me to have a hire car for the inconvenience whilst I waited, and was always at the end of the phone if I had a problem. He even put platinum warranty cover on my car so if anything happened I would be covered for majority of problem.
Overall the garage itself is great. The cars are as described and he was very generous and helped me out so much. Highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much

I’ve had my car over 2 weeks now and it’s been a very different experience to my previous experience buying a car. Both the guys who run the business were really helpful and as an older woman buying by myself, I felt comfortable.
When I viewed the car I picked up a few bits which I wanted to be rectified before I took it away such as the rear brakes needed changing. This was no trouble for them so I left a deposit and they agreed to deliver it to me which I thought was fantastic.
When they did deliver it to me, they explained that they had also replaced the front brakes too as this was picked up on their inspection which was really assuring and something I didn’t expect!

Josh and Rich have been absolutely amazing from start to finish, friendly, professional, and genuinely went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly when I bought my new car. I purchased a vehicle back in march which was a brillant car just had a few issues which rich and the team sorted out not only that he has helped me get in to a new vehicle and taken mine in even Tho it had issues he still stuck by his word and still let me trade In poorly car amazing service from rich and Josh definitely a life long customer

Absolutely incredible team. After reserving the vehicle, within 24 hours the car had been put through for an MOT, they changed the tyres to new one and ensured there were no advisories. Really friendly people - very understandable why the reviews are as consistently outstanding as they are

I’m so glad I found this company. The whole process from trading ours in to viewing & buying a new car was a joy. We had to send the car back due to a few minor issues but it was covered under warranty and swiftly sorted, meanwhile Josh gave us a courtesy car. The garage themselves noticed a couple of potential other issues and bothered to sort them out as a precautionary measure for peace of mind. They didn’t have to do this, but they did. I’ve never known a car garage be so attentive, helpful and caring (after they’ve taken your money!) Keep doing what you’re doing guys. I can’t recommend them highly enough. If, like me you dread the whole “selling & buying a new car” process, go here, you will not be disappointed.
