I just visited after phoning to see if they could look at the gas in my campervan. Tom said for me to pop over. Tom was so thorough in checking the gas line etc and put my heart at ease. I can now make a bacon sandwich and a cup of tea. I highly recommend U Tow and had excellent customer service. Thank you Tom.

Customer Service from Uli and Tom at U-Tow is absolutely unmatched! They are both so helpful and knowledgeable and provided us with a lot of information and advice ahead of the purchase of our second caravan. Other caravan stockists locally could learn a lot from U-Tow in terms of their friendly customer service and attention to detail. Tom was recently very helpful and thorough in helping us to identify an issue we had with our boiler, liaising with the suppliers and sorting absolutely everything out for us. Nothing is ever too much trouble! We have been Caravanning for 7 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else for servicing, repairs, gas etc! Highly recommend. Could not recommend U-Tow caravans more!
Tom & Uli’s customer service was brilliant, they could not do more for us.
We have never owned a caravan before and headed to U-Tow to have a look around. Both Tom & Uli gave us so much information and helped us with everything we needed to know.
Uli made a check list of basic things we would need when owning a caravan and walked through the van showing us everything.
We purchased a caravan collected 1 week after purchase after a very thorough clean!
Once home we struggled to work the heaters, Tom travelled to our house and explained all & shown me how to use it. After he left I still struggled & he came back again! The service received was 10/10
We are also using their storage service & our caravan is kept safe & secure! Whenever we want to get the van out they have it pulled to the front & ready to hitch up.
