Customer Service from Uli and Tom at U-Tow is absolutely unmatched! They are both so helpful and knowledgeable and provided us with a lot of information and advice ahead of the purchase of our second caravan. Other caravan stockists locally could learn a lot from U-Tow in terms of their friendly customer service and attention to detail. Tom was recently very helpful and thorough in helping us to identify an issue we had with our boiler, liaising with the suppliers and sorting absolutely everything out for us. Nothing is ever too much trouble! We have been Caravanning for 7 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else for servicing, repairs, gas etc! Highly recommend. Thank you both, you’ve got an absolutely brilliant business!
