I stay hear every 4 to 6 weeks enjoy my stay hear every time I have no hesitation recommending this b&b to anyone

Really nice place. But parking is frist come frist serviced on a very small road.

Me and my friends stayed for 3 nights in the lodge rooms where quite clean and cozy. Breakfast where amazing and free refills on drinks. If we in around this parts again would mind staying.😊

I only stayed 1 night as I came to the area for a fishing match. Jaynie was very welcoming and friendly. I was a solo traveler and had a single room. I often have problems with sleeping and the bed was so comfortable I don't remember falling asleep. The breakfast was a proper full English. She even made me a packed lunch for my fishing match for a small fee. If I ever come to within a 10 mile radius for another fishing match I wont hesitate to book to stay here again.

Another pleasing stay at Cavatina. Close to the beach, bus stops close by for trips along the coast road, varied breakfasts, warm welcome from Jayne, comfortable bedrooms and great value for money. Excellent!

Lovely b&b just on the seafront in lancing. Lovely decor and staff couldn't recommend it more.

A warm welcome and cozy room for ourselves - and our dog! Jaynie is an excellent host and serves a delicious breakfast in the morning. We loved the location right across from the beach, which was perfect for walks along the sea.
