I recently took my BMW 1 Series in for a timing chain replacement, and what initially seemed like a straightforward job turned into something much more complicated. Along the way, a number of other issues cropped up, but Steve and the lads at the garage worked incredibly hard to get to the bottom of everything and sort it properly.
Steve was brilliant throughout, his communication was spot on, and he kept me updated every step of the way, even sending photos to show exactly what was going on. At no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of, which is something that matters as a woman when dealing with cars.
All the lads at the garage are friendly, easy to talk to, and have great banter, which made it much less stressful. You can tell they genuinely care about doing a good job and looking after their customers.
I honestly can’t thank them enough for the time, effort, and care they put into getting my car back on the road. Highly recommend!
