Contacted Steve for a quote on a timing chain for our bmw 123d and he gave us a really good price, booked us in for the next week and I dropped the car off on the Tuesday 10am and it was ready for pick up 10am Wednesday! Him and travis’ communication was brilliant start to finish we felt looked after, everything was fully explained to us regarding exactly what parts would be changed and what would be done. all of our questions were answered and their knowledge on BMWs (and other cars) is brilliant! They both spent a lot of time with us on pickup showing us the old parts they had taken off. Very nice genuine guys who strive to please the customer. Super happy!
