James has helped me manage my chronic pain and quite debilitating health problems a lot better. I've had a lot of anxiety over my body failing, all the medical treatment and the future, but I now have tools to cope with that anxiety, and my pain levels have become lower now even after only a few sessions. Very thankful to have found you, thankyou James 🙂
