Ordered a head torch from Yowcha and cannot...

Ordered a head torch from Yowcha and cannot fault the customer service one bit. Kept me in the loop from order completion right through to delivery notification and the message was written by a person (a person called Andy no less). So often transactions are autonomous, or have canned messages. For Andy to put a delivery expectation note against my order personally shows a commitment many companies can learn from.
