Our 3rd stay. A fab quiet location overlooking country land, close to shops pubs and restaurants. 5 mins to A45, 10 mins to city centre. Rooms and beds vy comfortable. Help yourself to continental breakfast.. choice was amazing.. variety of cereals, yoghurts, fruit, various bread for toast, coffees teas.Tea making facilites in rooms.Comfy beds, plenty of blankets if needed.Good car parking. Hosts leave you alone unless you need them.You are welcome to order food in eg takeaways as long as it is eaten in the dining room and you clean up and clear away afterwards. We did, used 2 local places to order and deliver.We stay twice yearly to visit family in the área. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5Rooms1 or 2 rooms share a bathroom.. theres at least 3 toilets.
