Paul organised a holiday of a lifetime for us to Canada and during several iterations was nothing but fantastic. No change was too small and he eventually got us booked on the perfect trip. We paid in full and Paul told us all about cancellation dates and even organised changes that were outside his control due to Covid. Unfortunately we did have to cancel and Paul organised a full refund within a couple of days wow... How many people/ companies can you trust with your money these days like that. Will definitely be rebooking for next year and only one person we can do it through. Thank you so much Paul
