I can't thank Paul enough for his understanding and patience in organising our 25th wedding anniversary bespoke holiday in Lucca, destination choice as the home of Puccini, a favourite composer of mine. Paul listened to my (our) preferences down to hotel room, bedding choices, bathroom even and suggested an hotel converted from an ancient Palazzo into a contemporary hotel, the best of both worlds. Paul took time to gather several quotes, and reassured me at such uncertain times of forward booking a holiday. Thank you Paul, you're a gentleman. We can't wait to celebrate in Lucca.
