I ordered a flashlight from here on a Monday, it shipped on the Tuesday and arrived on the Wednesday. Normally this would be the end of the tale, but not here.

Unfortunately since the light I ordered was new, it was in high demand. This resulted in a mix up, and I received the wrong model. Andy, who I believe is the owner, was exceptionally helpful. Not only did he email me prior to me even noticing, to inform me of the mix up, he offered me the option to either ship it back to him and get the light I originally ordered, or keep the one I had received, which was £20 more expensive.

Since I had ordered my light for a specific purpose, I opted to send it back in exchange. Andy was perfectly happy with this, and offered to pay for the shipping costs via bank transfer, without me even asking.

Throughout this whole process he was incredibly responsive via email, and thoroughly professional and friendly. I returned the product on Thursday, and he sent out the correct model the same day.

It's rare to find a company or company owner who cares so much, and is so helpful, but Yowcha is one of those companies. Some of the best customer service I've ever received. I thoroughly recommend buying from here!
