I have used Paul Sharp at Travel Counsellors twice now and couldn't be more pleased with the superb service I received from him. My first collaboration was for a seemingly simple sunny holiday. It was only after booking, when giving all the admin info that Paul realised there were passport issues when travelling to that particular country with the length of time left on my husband's passport. I would have been totally unaware and we would have turned up to the airport and been denied boarding If I had booked it myself. Paul was able to swiftly recognise the issue and recommend somewhere else, which we booked. We could have lost an awful lot of money! Months later I then reached out to Paul in a state of panic at 7.30pm one evening. My son was ill in Peru and needed to get home quickly for surgery. Paul was out when I rang him, but still answered his phone and returned home to sort things out for me. He liaised with my son in Peru, and was able to get him on perfect flights within a very short space of time. He made a very stressful situation much easier and I cannot thank him enough. I think this shows that booking with an experienced travel counsellor gives you utmost peace of mind; you can be assured you are getting the benefit of their years of travel experience and they are also there when things don't go to plan. Having Paul in my phone contacts is like having a friend who can make both dreams come true and problems disappear. Can recommend 100%; you'd be daft to book travel without the safety and security of the Travel Counsellor backing.
