I can't thank everyone at McElholms in Downpatrick enough for the outstanding care they showed my mum today, especially James.

My mum has significant mobility issues, so getting her to appointments can be a real logistical challenge. From the moment we arrived, James went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and well looked after while helping us sort out replacement glasses and her eye test.

Nothing felt like too much trouble, and the kindness, patience and professionalism shown to both of us made what is usually a very stressful experience so much easier.

Exceptional customer service is hard to find, but the team at McElholms truly deserve recognition. Thank you so much for your compassion and care – it meant more than you know. I would highly recommend McElholms to anyone looking for an optician who genuinely puts their patients first.
