Avoid as unreliable service

We booked for my parents 70th wedding anniversary and had a message half an hour before Sam was supposed to be at the venue that there was an ‘incident’ with her van and she was providing a refund. No call, no effort to get to us or compromise at all. Really bad customer service and would not recommend at all. Left us scrambling to get some balloons at the last minute. A real let down on such an important occasion. If I could give no stars I would.
