Vlad the Landscaper

Vlad landscaped our back garden to a design by Jane Shankster of Arthur Road Landscapes. We were pleased with his work, carried out to a high standard, he is very reliable and we would recommend him.

Vlad was wonderful, he completed a full renovation of our garden, including new patio, preparation of hot tub, turfing, planting trees and shrubs.

Excellent thorough work and so friendly with it. Our second time using Vlad and we would not hesitate in the future again.

Beautifully constructed - the whole site was turned over and landscaped evenly; brick path immaculately laid and metal rings sunk into the new gravel. He cut and laid a new stone front door step and reseated posts for the gate . Vlad and his team worked hard and didn’t cut corners - kept the site clean during construction and always turned up on time. Vlad listened to details required and followed the brief yet had excellent ideas to input if asked. I would highly recommend his services.

Vlad removed an old crumbling patio in my garden and designed, ordered, fitted and finished a new larger patio in sandstone. He was meticulous in all his work, preparing the site and laying appropriate foundations. He carefully ensured that everything was level and worked consistently hard during the course of the project. The end result was fantastic, exceeded our expectations and gave us a wonderful area to use during the summer. I certainly would ask him for any future projects.

Vlad did all the hardscaping on our patio in London (small garden in front of our flat on the ground floor). We already had a design, but Vlad was able to come up with great ideas that also saved us money. He installed new paving, a large brick planter with custom seating, plus a couple of steps. All in good time, and we were kept informed at all stages. Vlad is punctual, hard working, very tidy, would wholeheartedly recommend!

Installed a Millboard deck and lighting. It was a tricky job as the area is an irregular space with a large tree in the middle. We have used Vlad for three different projects over the last 18 months (garden landscaping, wall and railing construction and building a pergola). Vlad delivers excellent work at a good price. Would highly recommend Vlad for landscaping projects. He turned what was a rather uneven and desolate area of the garden into a very useable space. Vlad re-laid my driveway towards the end of 2021, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He cleared the old drive efficiently and without fuss, laid the new paving and dug out some new flower beds. He had a solution for every unexpected problem, and completed the work on time and to an extremely high standard despite some very challenging weather. He is a pleasure to have around - extremely punctual and trustworthy, and I have had a stream of compliments on my new drive from complete strangers passing by ever since. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Vlad completed the transformation of our small (4.5m x 4.5m) garden in November 2020. We had our old patio and fence removed with new patio and fencing installed.
