Thank you to Team at Kitchen Appliances Ashford. Was in desperate need for a Cooker and was struggling to find one to delivery in time for Christmas until I found these guys and managed to get a cooker the same day delivered to my door. Brilliant customer service when looking round very welcoming and helpful. Will 100% be going back if I’m ever in need of any other appliances!

Brilliant service, contacted on a Sunday morning after finding them on Facebook. Washing machine had broken the day before. Could not find other companies who could deliver next day or within a week. I found machine I wanted and Paul saved the day by delivering to me later that morning. Thank you again for your help, I know where to come if I need anything else.

I needed a washing machine as mine had stopped working and with 3 kids we needed one urgently.
We were shown a good numer of machines and we chose one with a larger drum than we had before.
She even got her driver to deliver it the same day.

Fantastic service from lovely people!
I desperately went to this shop as another shop refused to bring my new washing machine and cooker up 14 stairs saying it wouldn’t fit!
Within an hour of visiting this shop I had my new washing machine (which went up the stairs in it’s box in less than 2 minutes) and cooker is coming on Wednesday

The team at Kitchen Appliances Ashford saved the day when we discovered that our chest freezer had stopped working. As it was midday on a Saturday our options were limited but they were able to supply us with a short term solution of a second hand to save all the food in the freezer and ordered a new unit for delivery the following week.

Service was excellent and the delivery was prompt and on time. None of this messing about with a morning or afternoon slot and delivery was free with a new product.

The shop is a little out of the way on the Eastmead Trading Estate but they carry a decent range of products in store and can order a more exact product in short notice. The prices were also fair and comparable to Currys and AO without all the hard sell.

Really pleased we discovered them and would definitely recommend. We will definitely consider as a top option for any other white good/electrical purchases.

I would like to say a big thank you to Paul and Caroline from kitchen appliances Ashford for delivering, supplying and fitting my new American fridge freezer, cooker and washing machine , they went above and beyond to get everything just right for me , they are 5 star and I won’t go anywhere else, if you need anything contact them, you really won’t be disappointed.Thank you again 😃
