Had a nightmare of a morning with my wheel snapping off my car.

The driver was friendly and very helpful, picked me up from my home to take me to get my car, took me back home to fetch documents I didn't know I needed, took me back to the recovery compound and with some very quick thinking saved me £50!

Even came back for my car keys which id forgot to leave him! Can't remember the drivers name but honestly mega helpful!!

Absolutely brilliant service from the guys.. courteous and friendly..communication spot on...and no hassle using their service at all.My car was well looked after and confirmation picture received from drop off point.If I ever need this service again for me or my family this will be the only business I use.

Our Tesla broke down at home and so we phoned around several rescue companies. Only JBC inspired any confidence whatsoever. They knew how to boost the 12 volt system to make the car moveable and they loaded the vehicle with the utmost care and precision.

Was recovered last night from East dundry lane at midnight, car was beached badly on some big rocks and was pulled straight out, couldn’t fault the service turnt up within 30mins of calling him, 100% recommend a service that cannot be beaten

Broke down an hour and a half from Bristol. Got put in touch with JBC as they had a bigger pick up for a 3.5t camper van. Got there in under 2 hours and had a quick and cheerful drive back to Bristol. Price was reasonable considering it’s 4 hours out of their day on a Saturday.

Jack came out same day to help tow my van from a garadge who couldn't fix my problem. He advised a mechanic next door to his unit who he contact and transported the van too, saved me the trouble of phoning around until someone would look at it
