Good plase to buy timber. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Got everything I need for my gates. Build it my self. Timber, hinges and all other stuff cost me £173 ((2025 May prices). In price I didn't include screws. Definitely going buy from them timber for my next project. Thank you.

as iam a 80 year old i was served with the most respect the timber was a very good price the man in the work shed give me good advice he cut the 7x2 timber to size for me and put it in my car for me Thanks 10 0ut of 10 for me Billy Lea

I have bought a lot of items fro Formby Timber, this time I needed a piece of wood to fix a shelf. The guys in Formby Timber were so helpful and nice, they gave me advice on what type of wood would have the best and also suggested a great way to repair it. Went the following date as the piece was a bit too big, (totally my fault) and they cut it at no extra charge.

Pete was extremely knowledgeable on the doors, he ordered them through his supplier, and collected then delivered to us in a matter of days!

Great lads always helpful, Garys a top man but will cost you a fortune in toast and doughnuts but he is a milk man (not actually) on the quiet and that proves really handy when you run out locally

Nothing seems to be too much trouble for these guys. I have been buying timber and other bits and Bob's for quite a few years now and never have I come away disappointed. Really nice people to deal with. A big thank you to you all.
