I got my mum some flowers from here and she loved them, they were all lovely and fresh. The staff are kind and helpful as I wasn’t sure what bouquet to get and they arranged a pastel colour one for me. Also in the shop they have some gifts and I got a Mother’s Day card from here too which made Mother’s Day really easy.Would highly recommend

We had the best experience working with this floral shop. We ordered a lovely bouquet while overseas, to be delivered as a THANK YOU for a family in Derby. From the start, Fletchers Floral Design Studio was actively communicative about when they would deliver, what they’d do if no one was home, and in the end, what happened. We received 4 different up-to-date emails explaining the days prep, how the arrangement looks, who’s driving, where they were left, etc. WITH PHOTOS! WHO does that today? We felt involved in the process. We knew what was going on, what the bouquet looks like, etc. Fantastic service from start to finish! We will use this florist again! Thank you!
