Called DT Network Solutions as I was having issues with my freesat recordable box.
Darren came out on same day and give outstanding customer service he was patient, clear, knowledgeable, and so professional. He also helped out my friend in getting his new phone connected to his hands free system in his car. Overall I would recommend Darren very very highly. Darren went above and beyond to get our WiFi service working properly.
Within an hour of speaking with Darren he came to the property to look at the job first, he ordered the parts needed and returned the next day to install and setup, great clean and tidy job.

What an amazing human being Darren is!! Explained everything in a way that I could understand. (not savy with technical issues at all!) Darren fixed the problem very quickly and said that if I had any more problems to just give him a ring. A lovely, lovely guy. If there were more people like him, the world would be a much better place!!

We can’t recommend Darren at DT Network Solutions highly enough. He has previously sorted out a few aerial issues for us and, after we mentioned how poor our broadband is at our holiday home, he recommended Starlink.
As we had made a spontaneous trip down, Darren kindly fitted the Starlink dish the very same day, which was greatly appreciated. He is friendly, professional, tidy, and always does a fantastic job.
