This is Craig’s Special Gifts on Greenwood Ave – a fantastic little shop which offers a huge range of affordable cards, gifts, and balloons, owned and run by Craig McNally 👋 Originally starting as a stall at local markets, Craig has now opened his shop in July this year and has already become a big favourite with locals who love the personal service from him and his team. Going above and beyond your typical chain stores, Craig likes to collaborate with other local businesses to create unique gift ideas and even runs a savings club to help customers spread out the cost in the run up to Christmas. And the range inside is HUGE, with options catering for everyone, including the LGBTQ+ community.

We had a very last-minute request for a balloon arch, and Craig was absolutely fantastic in making it happen! He delivered exactly what we needed and even suggested some great fixture alternatives that worked perfectly for our space. I’d highly recommend Craig, he was a pleasure to work with, and I’ll definitely be using his services again in the future!

Lovely lady served me in the shop, very helpful. Needed balloons for my Grandaughters birthday. Didn't have some of what I wanted but wrote down what I would like and within 3 days I was sent photos of balloons they could source and agreed on what I would have. I have mobility problems so to save me going back to the shop all payments were made over the phone. Balloons all delivered on the day at time specified. Great customer service from start to finish.
