Absolutely first class service from Brian Scales Roofing Contractors from the initial quotation to completion of a brand new roof.
Everything was meticulously planned from the scaffolding, to the skip and matérials . The lads that did the job were hard working and very polite. They cleared up every day and the workmanship is second to none. The skip was collected within two days.
My roof was stripped and re-felted, and ready for the tiles to go on when we had the worst storm and rain I’ve ever seen and I can honestly say not a drop came through.
All in all, I can highly recommend Brian Scales, and his pricing was spot on too.

After being let down by another roofing company I rang Brian Scales, he promptly visited to assess damage, gave estimate which I accepted and completed the job later in the day. Fantastic old fashioned service at a very competitive rate .My sincere thanks go out to Brian and his team.

Asked Brian to look at replacing missing and a cracked roof tile, get rid of a bush growing from my stack. Said he’d have it sorted between jobs. Good as his word - couple of decent lads arrived and sorted it. Good to find an honest and caring roofer. Lots of cowboys around. Very pleased and couldn’t recommend this company more!

I must highly recommend this company!! After the torrential rain throughout the night on Friday 7th June I awoke to a leaking roof and I was so stressed as due to go on holiday in a few days time. I phoned this company very early in the morning and Brian's wife answered the phone and was so helpful and reassuring that Brian would get out to me ASAP. That was just what I needed to hear and he came out very quickly that morning to assess the damage, and told me not to worry as nothing too major and he would sort out the problem for me quickly. Well today, Tuesday 10th June, he phoned me really early to say he was getting it sorted for me today as the weather forecast was horrendous and he wanted to complete it before the rain came and he did. I cannot thank him and his workmen enough for helping this 'Damsel in Distress' and I can now go on holiday with peace of mind. I am so very grateful and would like to say to everyone, use this company they are friendly and very professional and good value for money.
