Absolutely delighted with the service we received from this company. An engineer came very quickly and sorted out the problem, even though they had not heard of us before. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I needed an upgrade to an existing intruder alarm. Advanced provided a fair quote and upgrade solution without trying to sell unnecessary products. As the system required an upgrade, most of the components were kept with a few additions. This took a couple of visits to get right, only because the current system was a few years old and required firmware updates and special kit to perform this. All in all a fantastic job and the engineer Carl had brilliant resolve upgrading a hybrid system, not leaving until the job was 100%. Highly recommended.

I don't review places often, this is more from an employee perspective than as a customer, from what I have witnessed they are very friendly professional and will do anything they can for their customers and I would recommend them from anyone.
Even if I did not think that were true I honestly would recommend them to everyone because more work places should be like this and they deserve every positive thing that could possibly come their way which means a thriving business.
Honestly this is the best job I've ever had. Mostly because of the people. Dave, Connor and the rest of the lads are fantastic. Working here is laid back, relaxed, enjoyable and like being round family. I've not known them long but from the moment I started they made me feel welcome, I've enjoyed going to work. My personal life this year has been a disaster, from me having to run out the door on my very first day due to a family emergency. Not once have I ever been made to feel guilty if I needed time off (I have anyway because it's who I am) but other employers are not like that. This place has made me rethink my entire life and question every decision but in the best possible way, I never knew a work place could be like that. I literally can not thank them all enough for everything this year but particularly Connor and Dave. You guys have surprised me a few times in the best possible way. I literally have no words other than thank you. Wednesday the two of you completely blew me away, really unexpected but literally can't thank you enough.

FIVE STARS from start to end. From friendly but expert site survey, they listened to our preferences yet explained /advised on technical specs in a way we could understand. They are concious of costs without compromising on quality and we are more than satified whilst making good savings against our (well known) previous provider. They are aware of current insurance industry minimum specs which is vital. We were so pleased we had them install cctv as well as security. First class, thorough engineers, follow-up like nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We received a personal service and a high attention to detail to our fire alarm fitting. Trevor and the team took the time to help with our concerns and ensure that our staff are safe from fire risks in the future.
