I recently hired Absolute Driveways Ltd to install a new driveway at my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work were outstanding.The entire process was seamless. During the initial consultation, they took the time to understand my needs, explained all available options, and provided a clear and competitive quote. Their team arrived on time every day, worked efficiently, and kept the job site clean and organized.The finished product exceeded my expectations.

Did the work within 3 days in a professional manner .did not have any issues. Made payment gave me a receipt with a 7 year guarantee. If I am honest it took me 3 hours to clean the footpath after they left. Apart from that I am happy with the outcome of my drive. Thank you

Dave and his team removed the existing front driveway slabs, plant area and walls, with the requested clay pavers and drainage system, in a highly commendable efficient and professional manner. The work was started on the agreed date, with the excellent finished drive completed within the expected duration and to the agreed (very reasonable) cost. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dave and his team for any future work.

Getting the drive designed and built was a really easy and straightforward process. Originally wanted tarmac but was advised to do block because of the quality of the ground underneath. Really happy with the quality of the work. 7 year guarantee gives good peace of mind.

Wanted tarmac but advised against it due to poor drainage, which was appreciated. Went for block paving in the end; a couple of blocks were chipped, however, but they came back the next day and replaced them. Driveway looks great. Just waiting on the guarantee which has been chased a few times without reply, which is a little bit of a worry.

David and his team did a great job exactly to spec. The work started when I was told it would and completed on time at a very reasonable price. David clearly takes pride in doing a good, high quality job. I didn’t get the work done for compliments but I’ve had some lovely comments from neighbours on how great it all looks. The only very minor negative is the pavement and road was left messy from where materials (mainly sand) had been delivered and it’s taken some time for it to wash away. This shouldn’t detract from the work that was completed, which I’m really pleased with.

Very professional work carried out on my property, polite staff, always cleaned up after each days work. I am extremely happy with the finished work & I would certainly recommend them. My neighbours all commented on how nice a job was done. A big thank you from me.

From initial quote to completion of job David & his team were superb. Initially we wanted a tarmac drive but on commencement of dig out it was discovered that, due to a waste pipe leak had created a deep hole. David advised we should consider changing to block paving so as if in the future any problems arouse it would be easier to lift the paving rather than the tarmac. This advise would probably mean a lower price but David put a quality job before profit. We are so happy we took his advice, what a fantastic new driveway we have. Want a new driveway? I couldn’t be happier with the work Dave and his excellent team did for me. Dave provided helpful advice when working out the design and was always available to answer questions. He’s got a real talent for this work and he made sure the job was done to the highest standard. His team were great, easy to get on with and all very good at what they do. It was quite a big job and they completed it within a week. Very reliable and all very straightforward with payment etc, there were no surprises. I’ve already asked him to do more work for us. I would recommend without hesitation.

All workers turned up on time each day. They are very experienced and each unexpected issue that arose during the work was discussed with me and solutions found at no extra cost. The communication via WhatsApp was good at the end of each day, as I came home from work after they had finished and I knew what the plan was each day. All my questions got answered. I ended up with a very smart drive that I can’t stop looking at.

I feel compelled to write a review after David and his team, provided us with a fantastic new driveway. The reviews on Checkatrade were spot on, his team were always on time, we had great communication and their workmanship was first class, which was commendable given the recent poor weather! David provided us with some good options for our driveway, which we were so glad to have taken on board, splitting the driveway between blocks and tarmac. David was very accommodating with any changes that we proposed, he is a perfectionist. We’d have no hesitation in recommending Absolutely Driveways.
