Waterworks were brilliant with our bathroom refurb, gave us an idea of what the layout would look like, we were able to go through a few appointments to get it all how we wanted and they suggested options for us, really pleased with the service and our bathroom looks lovely, took away everything on the last day and tidied up brilliantly, great value too, would highly recommend

Had 2 new bathrooms installed, fantastic service from start to finish, from Dionne in the showroom, to Lee and Russ the fitters. Would 100% recommend Waterworks.

Fair price, good products, polite and knowledgeable installers. Full package of removal and installation of a shower over bath for a walk-in fully accessible shower. Completed on time with all waste materials and packaging removed and at the end of each day areas vacuumed clean.

Well six years on and we moved home and again called on the expertise of Waterworks to help re-model the shower over bath to walk-in arrangement. Just s good as they were six years ago, reasonable price top quality workmanship.

Fantastic after sales service. Had a full bathroom fitted a few years ago. Noticed a problem with smell in bathroom - rang yesterday and Lee called today and sorted the problem ( seal gone on shower waste) immediately and at no cost. Most unusual to get such good customer service these days. Much appreciated!

We recently had the main bathroom and en-suite re -done by Waterworks and I can’t fault them one bit. The price was reasonable, the installers friendly and hard-working, and the whole process as simple as it could have been - even when things didn’t quite go to plan and required extra work from them.

Waterworks were great from measuring to installation. Lee and Russ are highly skilled craftsmen. The quality of their work is exceptional and they are meticulous in their attention to detail. They were very respectful, cleaning up at the end of each day. Lee always explained in advance what he intended to do the next day. They told us when things would happen and delivered to those time. The customer service is excellent every step of the way. We are very pleased with the outcome and couldn't recommended Waterworks highly enough!

Waterworks Bathrooms were fantastic. They completely transformed our bathroom in a very short period of time, and we are so happy with the result.

The staff are polite and helpful and the bathroom fitting team were professional, knowledgeable and delivered to an extremely high standard. All of the products we ordered through Waterworks Bathrooms seem to be very high quality and good value for money. I can't recommend them enough.
