WGS has been providing us with excellent clinical waste service for the past 3 years. They have always been ready to accommodate our waste requirements and quick to respond to enquiries. Earlier this year when our practices were forced to close due to lockdown, I contacted WGS to explain our position and the financial burden experienced by our practice. They responded by pausing waste collections as well as invoices while the practice was closed.
