We had The Smooth Criminals play at our wedding and they were nothing short of phenomenal. From start to finish, they kept the energy high, the dance floor packed, and the smiles on everyone’s faces.

A special thanks to James, who took the time before the wedding to really understand our vision and music preferences. Those pre-wedding meetings were invaluable, and the band absolutely smashed every request we made.

A huge shout-out also goes to their incredible female lead singer – her voice was stunning, and her energy was absolutely electric. She had everyone from our youngest guests to our grandparents up and dancing, and the atmosphere she created was unforgettable.

Can't recommend the Smooth Criminals enough! They played at our recent wedding in Warwickshire and were amazing. The booking process was very straightforward and James was great at answering any questions and organising everything in the lead up to the big day. They were great value compared to other options we looked at and they are fantastic at what they do - lots of guests were saying how good the band sounded from the sound check alone! They kept the energy high, even when the numbers thinned a bit later in the evening, and we all had the best time. And we were particularly impressed by the wind machine!

What a fabulous 60th party with the Smooth Criminals creating a great atmosphere for everyone to boogie and enjoy themselves. A very memorable evening and everyone really enjoyed themselves.

We got married in August 2024 and booked The Smooth Criminals to play our evening reception after hearing them play at a friends wedding, and they did not disappoint! All evening ourselves and our guests danced the night away! James and the band were professional and approachable, happily taking requests from our guests. We loved that the music was played all evening with music in between the live sets. James was great also in the run up to the big day, providing advice on what would work with timings, first dance and type of set list we were after.

For my 50th birthday celebration, I had the pleasure of having the band perform at the Two Gates club. Their performance was nothing short of outstanding.

Outstanding !! The band not only have the whole art of performing live mastered but they are really nice people too and very professional. The musicianship and vocals are such a high standard and on top of this they don't just play and sing...they really perform the songs with both male and female vocals. They also have a fabulous sound set up....great equipment and they give real attention to detail in ensuring that the vocals / instrument balance is spot on for the venue...something bands often don't get quite right. They are also really flexible in acommodating requests.Book this band and you won't have to wonder if they will be OK...they really deliver ! Fabulous.
