Don’t worry that he’s got a new company—he’s legit and absolutely the best person for the job. He did the work far cheaper than any competitor, with 100% more professionalism.When my car was delivered (bought from Copart), it wasn’t starting up. He spent over an hour helping me get it running, even though that wasn’t part of his job. Super punctual and a genuinely respectable guy—give him a call and get a quote, no harm in that.I was nervous hiring someone I wouldn’t be meeting in person or accompanying during the car pickup—thought someone could just take off with it. But I’m really glad I went with Terry Tow and Go. Even with Copart making the booking and pickup difficult, he went above and beyond to sort everything out.

After the front spring had snapped on my car and it couldn't be driven i had a dilemma, I rang around a few mobile mechanics who wanted to charge the earth to fix it where it was, then I found tow & go who towed me to my own local trusted mechanic who could fix it for a fraction of the price quoted.

Terry turned up exactly the time he said he would and was very professional and courteous loaded my car taking care as it was sitting lower than usual and delivered it to the garage.
