A good taxi service arrived on time very polite. But I am afraid I can't say anything positive with regards to taxicode themselves. It would seem that when I booked through them and I took advantage of a £5:00 voucher I inadvertently entered in to some kind of contract with them which then entailed them taking a further £25:00 out of my account and as yet they have failed to respond to my e mails.

Driver arrived on time and in fact called ahead of time to let us know he was arriving. Was helpful in finding a good route to our destination. Reliable service.

The service was outstanding, taxi driver was great waited as my train was delayed. I am angry that £25 has been taken from my account which I don't understand, I shall be making a complaint and requesting a refund as I don't know what this charge is for !!!!

Perfect. can't fault the company or the driver at all. My sister in law said she was very comfortable with the driver, she felt safe being on her own, the car was lovely and clean and the driver was a pleasure to talk to. Will be using again in the future for when she next comes to visit and needs a lift to and from the train station.

Taxi bang on time. Immaculate inside. Driver very helpful, but not obtrusive. The pick up later that evening was equally good. A courtesy call earlier to confirm the pick up was appreciated before I got off the train, I knew where he was parked. Very nice staff, lovely cars, will certainly recommend and use again.

I did a return trip with your taxis. It was good to get a text from the driver in the morning to confirm that he was on his way. Both drivers were really polite and helpful.

The taxi driver was a really lovely guy and I enjoyed our chat. He was early which was great and got me back to Durham really quickly. This service was so convenient and easy to use and I love that you can pay online.

have to admit I was a bit apprehensive about using the app with paying for my taxi prehand. However the taxi can right on time and I got plenty of confirmation about the taxi booked. The driver was very friendly and it was an easy drive. Definitely will be using this app in the future.
