Despite these negative reviews I have nothing but positive feedback for Mon Car Sales and their wonderful staff. John and all of his co workers have been brilliant with me. I bought a Citroen Ds3 in early October and have had no issues with it until this past week my suspension went as I was working and I was stranded on my own and luckily John and his co workers came and saved me and brought me a courtesy car. They fixed it within a week and all the cost was covered (bar the tier which was £75) which is absolutely reasonable if you ask me. They are all lovely staff and have been wonderful with me. I rate this company very highly.

Absolutely grate response from John when my car had a problem a problem nobody could have predicted a simple bush in side the gear linkage failed i phone up and he had to order the full linkage he pick up the car fix the problem and I had my car back within 24 hours

Place to go to buy quality and sensible price car

Went looking to buy one car which was advertised on the website but the car had been sold a few days before. Test drove another car that had only just come (delivery lorry was still there), very accommodating. Was unable to get finance on that car but really tried. Would recommend

WOW!!!! Just WOW!!!!!! This car dealership is a hidden gem. The cars are immaculate both inside and out. The customer service is both honest and accommodating. There’s nothing that’s too much trouble. What’s more they kindly took my 26 year old rust bucket off my hands as part exchange.Furthermore, they kindly promised to MOT the car I was buying for free as it was running out in 4 months. And here’s the cherry on top, Mon Car Sales followed up with a telephone call just to make sure that I was happy and that everything was ok. Now, that’s service that’s above and beyond! I can’t commend them enough! I will be returning as will everyone I’ve shared this information with. Five Stars .

What can I say. John is a very straightforward talking and kind gentleman. Turned up on a Sunday afternoon to pick a car and was driving it away on the following Thursday. Everything sorted no hassle. My experience of Mon car sales was polar opposite to some of the other negative reviews on here. Hard to believe that we have met the same person to be honest. I will definitely be using John in the future.

I have bought cars from Môn Car Sales for many years, even before they moved to their present premises in Llangefni. I have always been very happy with the cars I have bought, and John has always been very helpful, pleasant and friendly, and is always very respectful.
