My car was in an accident (started but too hazardous to drive) and it was taken to a compound where I needed to arrange collection via a transporter. After being let down by my insurance company and Westbourne Motors (who pulled out the day before recovery was due) I found Mario's advert and I'm so glad I did. He was able to accommodate collecting my car the next day at such short notice! I would have paid over the odds to collect my car, but his price was very cheap considering it was such a late booking. He even picked me up from my chosen address at no extra cost. He followed safety protocol religiously when loading my car, his service was excellent and my car was completely safe the whole time.
I ended up contacting him again shortly after recovery, as my vehicle had damage to three panels, the headlamp and I think, the wishbone- all of which needed replacing. Whilst he doesn't advertise this, he mentioned being a body shop technician in the past. Again I had been let down by my usual mechanic and a local garage quoted me near a thousand pounds for the repairs without parts (bare in mind my car is not worth that much). So I contacted Mario to see if he could repair the damage if I provided the parts. He picked up my car and two days later returned it, good as new! The workmanship was incredible, I wish I had before and after photos, you could not tell that it had been in an accident. He returned it to me incredibly fast, and had even carried out wheel realignment and balancing for me at a local tyre shop. I'm so very grateful for his help, he saved my car getting written off, and saved me the best part of a grand! My car has passed two MOTs since with flying colours and even Toyota did a Visual Health Check and admitted the work done was very good, that's the best guarantee I could have gotten for his work.
