Mark has taken on various decorating household jobs - all of which were completed with minimum fuss and maximum skill. Work was tackled promptly and the house left in a very tidy condition. We have found him to be a good neighbour as well as a very professional tradesman.

Super Job with attention to details… Mark has done tricky patterned wallpaper for us and nailed our upstairs bathroom. Top bloke as well.

Mark Cassidy has made a mayor contrition to long needed decoration in my home. He is a painter whose finished work is immaculate. In that recommendation I include his preparation of the area in which he will be working and his clearing the area when the work is finished. He is clear on his pricing of materials and Working time. Mark done an excellent job painting my hall, living room and kitchen . He is a perfectionist and spends a lot of time prepping the walls . The finished job is flawless!

Mark painted several areas of my home, including the living room, hallway, upstairs bedrooms, woodwork, and repaired cracks in the ensuite and upstairs landing. He was extremely thorough and took the time to properly prepare the walls before applying the paint, which really showed in the final result.

Although it wasn’t included in the original quotation, Mark kindly painted the hallway heater at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. His pricing was very reasonable, and the overall quality of his work was excellent.

Just realised I've not posted review marks attention to detail is amazing he went over schedule on our 2 bedroom flat in peebles.. ut had a lot of repairs to contend with carried out job and came in on estimate which was way below his competitors would recommend Mark to anyone. We honestly can’t recommend Mark enough. He painted our newly built 4-bedroom home, and from start to finish he was brilliant to work with. He was reliable, friendly, and really took pride in getting everything just right. The finish throughout the house is beautiful — clean lines, smooth walls, and everything feels fresh and finished to a really high standard.

He also painted our downstairs powder room and did an excellent job — the attention to detail and quality of finish really stood out.

What meant a lot to us was that after we had spotlights installed and changed the dining light, which meant our kitchen/dining room ceiling needed repainting, he came back without any fuss. He matched everything perfectly — you genuinely wouldn’t know any extra work had been done. It looks seamless.

He’s tidy, respectful of your home, and clearly cares about the quality of his work. It’s hard to find tradespeople you completely trust, but Mark is definitely one of them. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and happily recommend him to anyone.
