Clear, concise, knowledgeable instructor. Won't waste lesson time lecturing you on theory and will ingrain habits into you which get you safely driving with confidence. The standards Balv held me to led to a first time pass and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I started my driving journey as a complete beginner, with very little confidence behind the wheel, and Balv completely transformed that. He is an incredibly patient, calm and encouraging instructor who explains things clearly and in a way that really makes sense. From the very first lessons, he helped me feel safe and supported, and step by step I went from feeling nervous to being able to drive independently and confidently.

Balv has a great way of building both your skills and your mindset, which makes a huge difference when you’re learning to drive. He’s professional, reliable, and genuinely cares about his students’ progress. Everything I know about driving now, I owe to his teaching.

Balv is a brilliant teacher! He’s super experienced and genuinely cared about teaching me not just to pass my test, but to become a safe and confident driver too. I shopped around for instructors for a while before finding him and I’m glad I did!

Balv is a very knowledgeable and friendly instructor. He can be demanding but that is only for your benefit as you’ll be trained to a standard well beyond what is required to pass the driving test. On the day of the driving test he reassured me and helped me keep the nerves down. I passed first time with only 1 minor . Thanks again Balv !

Balv is excellent he has helped me with learning how to drive and pass my test on the first attempt. I have been with JD Driving school for a bit due to doing it part time due to work commitments but Balv is great at time management and has helped me through it.

I would highly recommend Balv to my friends and family as he is a great instructor and knows his high way code and how to teach someone how to drive from scratch.

Would highly recommend this driving school! I was able to pass first time, even with all my doubts and fears when initially starting, Balv (the driving instructor) was so supportive, calm and patient. His teaching is of extremely high standards and it is very easy to learn and understand the information being taught.

Balv is an exceptional instructor. He remains calm and supportive throughout lessons and ensures that he best supports you. I would definitely recommend his services. I passed first time because of his teaching!

The last 6 months have been an absolute journey with Balv. Not only did he bring me to test standard, but he taught me how to DRIVE. He is a patient, caring and knowledgeable instructor, with plenty of experience. I have no regrets learning how to drive with JD Driving School and would highly recommended them to anyone.
