Phoned yesterday morning for a bouquet to be delivered to my lady, as it was a special day. Nicole couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. She asked some pertinent questions to help her build the arrangement, which was very helpful. She went to deliver them that day, but the office was shut, so she called me and said she'd take them back today, which she did. I have one very very happy lady.
