Outstanding stuff.... my Audi A5 2.0 TDI was in desperate need of a Stage1 remap as it was pretty sluggish in all gears... now it's much more comfortable to drive, way more responsive & plenty more pull off power! He also sorted out my adblue 👌 Couldn't be happier ☺️ Hell of a nice guy too which always helps 🤟

Ray recently carried out a remap on the Navara to sort out some issues it was having, and straight away the car was much more responsive to drive, with a big increase in power and the mpg. This is the 3rd pickup Ray has remapped for us, and every time the service has been very professional, he always gets the cars seen to within a few days and any queries are responded to very quickly. Got my 2013 Polo GT remapped by Ray at his shop in kilbirnie, instantly noticed substantial power gains especially through the mid range, reduced turbo lag and surprising economy boost by around 6mpg. Super easy to work with and incredibly competitive pricing with a fast turn around. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a safe but noticeable remap.

One of my vans came up with an AdBlue fault. I knew Ray normally comes to Oban on a Thursday so I sent him a message in the off chance he could get a look at it. He carried out an AdBlue delete and got me sorted within 4 hours, fantastic service! Will definitely use his services again

My Custom remap experience was excellent, Ray really knows his stuff, got a Stage 1 remap and egr delete, wow what a difference, he was very professional, and answered all my questions before he came out to do the job, and was also very punctual, would definitely recommend and use again, thanks.

This is probably my 2nd or 3rd car Ray has done but he was round yesterday for a stage 1 remap and mentioned a tune for the gearbox (DSG) and I'm more happy with the gearbox than the map. Put the car in dynamic and grab a gear and it flys down the road and the tune holds the gear for longer....so no more lag definitely changes the characteristics of the car. And driving normal in (D) the gear change is so smooth that don't feel the gear change. If you have a vw/Audi/seat..... it's definitely well worth the tune. Thanks Ray (again)

Ray responded to my call very quickly and managed to slot me in to get my AdBlue issue sorted within a few days. Very professional service and even when the fault came back unexpectedly he was straight back up the road to make sure everything was correct with the car.
