My daughter had her 12th birthday here and all the staff went above and beyond to make it such a special time! They did the Tween Queen pamper experience and they got cupcakes and cocktails and cute pink robes to put on. There were disco lights and music while they were getting hand massages and making their own hand creams and essential oils - each of these came with a cute personalised name tag and they even got goodies to take away with them. Their hair and make up was done and the party girl and her friends all said they had the best time! Highly recommend for all your future party needs, the price was so reasonable too for everything that was included. A big thank you to all the staff for making it the best day.

I just had a massage and facial done by Emily. She was so gentle and really reassuring me about pressure for massage, felt really cared about and facial was just amazing I fell asleep couple of times. But it's because Emily so gentle and knows what she is doing, her touches made me to relax after intensive night shift. Absolutely loved my very first experience at Serenity. The stuff at salon is very friendly and caring, thanks so much for Lauren, Ruth and Emily ( you're star and have magic hands) ,they've made me feel so welcomed. Definitely will be back again to try more treatments.

Had a lovely time at this salon. Was booked in to get my hair braided and BIAB nails. The girl that done my braids didn't like the first braid she done so re-done which I appreciated and I absolutely love them. The girl that done my nails was so nice and my nails are lovely. The only downfall was that it was only a little stool for customers to sit on while getting nails done and for someone who has back problems and sciatica this was pretty uncomfortable for me to sit on for a long period of time. And there wasn't a lot of polish colours to choose from as she was waiting on a delivery. Which was a shame as I had a colour in mind which she didn't have. However the girl did apologise multiple times.

Had a full boday massage this morning I would highly recommend the lady done it she was fantastic out standing I fell so much better for it
