Excellent service. I can’t praise C2 Energy highly enough. From our initial speculative contact about a longstanding problem with our underfloor heating, which others had failed to solve, Terence responded very quickly, worked out what needed to be done, researched sources for the parts needed at a very good price and then installed the new parts and solved the problem. We experienced a very efficient and friendly service

Terence took on an Underfloor Heating issue for us that we had been told by others was impossible. He located suppliers for specialized parts that we had been told were no longer available and had the work completed quickly and efficiently. When there was a brief delay at any point he was contactable and kept us up to date. Can't recommend C2 Energy highly enough.

Wish I could give 10 stars…Fantastic service, follow up, and aftercare.
I contacted Terence when I was at my wits end with our system… (which I have to add Terence did not install). nobody else cared enough to find out where the problem was, or even wanted to try and find the problem, to fix it…
Terence spent two full days studying the system and fixing the problem, which was ongoing for 11 years… yes.. 11 years….. and we had ‘experts’ in our home before… or supposed to be expert’s with our system…. !!!!!
This was followed up by calls, texts to make sure we were happy and everything was working.
I would highly recommend this man and his company, his attention to detail and his clients, are beyond expectation.
A true professional, knowledgeable, and a gentleman, All in one.
Thank you for helping us, fixing our system, calling when you said you would, when nobody else did.

Fantastic service! We’ve had intermittent issues with our underfloor heating for years. Terence from C2 Energy called to our house and within an hour he had sorted everything out. He was meticulous and looked at every aspect of our heating, not just the underfloor. He explained everything in detail, yet easy to understand in case we ever have issues again in the future. Our heating is working so effectively now, with a lovely uniform heat throughout the house. We couldn’t recommend C2 Heating and especially Terence more highly.

Terrance is an absolute gentleman. I didn't know him from Adam, but contacted him after a problem with my underfloor heating (which he didn't install) . He responded immediately and we were able to problem solve it and get it fixed there and then. I look forward to working with him in the future. A genuine guy.

We would highly recommend C2energy for underfloor heating. Have had to contact Terence a few times over the last few years re replacement parts and after sales service has been 1st class every time. Nothing is ever any trouble and Terence is very helpful.

Contacted Terence Cassidy re my heating problem with my air source hear pump system as he was recommended to me ! I found him very helpful and understanding of my plight as a recent widow who knew nothing of how to manage this new system ! He took the time to listen and explain how it worked and was willing to travel a long distance to help me ! A real gentleman ! So I would highly recommend him to anyone like me who needs advice or help with this heating system !
