Our old air conditioning system was installed over 10 years ago and the installer has since gone out of business. We needed a diagnosis on the unit and after searching the internet for local companies we found Haines Temperature Solutions Ltd. We were attracted to their site because they had and TOTALLY DESERVE five star reviews.
Both Vince and his son George were a pleasure to have in in our house. They were polite, extremely knowledgeable and totally sympathetic to our situation. They identified that the system had expired and we need a new unit. This was arranged over a three day period and they came out on a Saturday to fit the new unit. Brilliant service from two honest guys who know their trade well. They ensured the old unit and all packaging from the new was removed from site and they left the place very clean and tidy. Without hesitation we would totally recommend Vince and George at Haines Temperature Solutions Ltd.

Contacted Vincent on a Monday to follow-up on a non-functional installation from a separate installer. He popped round later that week and gave a very reasonable quote for a pressure test and recharge, as well as clearly explaining the risks if it turned out the installation had more issues than just low pressure. He booked me in for the next Friday, was prompt and courteous, and talked me through the process while getting the system back up and running (including spotting and fixing a cross-over between the two units installed). No additional work required, all completed in a couple of hours, very happy customer! Would definitely recommend.
