Contacted Vincent on a Monday to follow-up on a non-functional installation from a separate installer. He popped round later that week and gave a very reasonable quote for a pressure test and recharge, as well as clearly explaining the risks if it turned out the installation had more issues than just low pressure. He booked me in for the next Friday, was prompt and courteous, and talked me through the process while getting the system back up and running (including spotting and fixing a cross-over between the two units installed). No additional work required, all completed in a couple of hours, very happy customer! Would definitely recommend.
