My dear Auntie from Leven passed recently. Thousands of miles and an ocean away, words and gestures are all you have to show your love for the deceased, and your empathy and support for their family. Working with owner, Leanne and floral artist, Karen gave a result above and beyond my expectations. Flowers appeared fresh and of high quality. The complete experience, by phone and email was not only professional, but the warmth and understanding of these ladies reminds you of the "personal touch" we all expected years ago.
