Highly Recommend

For the past 5 years I have utilized Gaurav (Director - Lyons London) and his team in keeping my property rented with quality tenants. Over this period, he has seen my property through full and partial replenishing of tenants, which was seamless.
Recently as my requirements moved from renting to selling, so I transitioned into their Sales Division.
With the guidance and handing offered, TEAM LYONS, ensured the smooth staging, listing and now eventual selling of my property.
With all the twists and turns in the selling process, I couldn't see my property being handled by any other Sales Team. Gaurav's availability, thoroughness and knowledge of the property market was spot on and his negotiation & people skills was singularly responsible for keeping the sales process together and ensuring all parties reached the desired end.
Thanks again Gaurav & Rahool, for making this all happen!
