Purchased a car June 2024 from ng9 motors through a finance company. 4 months later the clutch on the car needed replacing but the warrenty would not pay out at my local garage without a full strip down to see the clutch, fly wheel etc and I would have to pay this upfront then there was a possibility I would not get it back. I contacted Tony at NG9 Motors and he said to get the car to him and it would be sorted at no cost to me, unfortunately the car was not driveable due to the failed clutch so Tony sent a pick up truck to collect my car. Picked the car up a week later and Tony said he needed to come collect it again the following week because his mechanic was not happy with the noise it was still making even after a new clutch and fly wheel had been done. Tony fetched me a car to use when he collected my car (the garage is 66 miles from me). We them collected my car at the weekend a few days later, Tony showed us clearly shat had been done and explained everything and said to get in touch if any issues occurred. A week later I had to phone Tony again because it was still making a noise, Tony reassured me that he would come collect the car amd bring me a car to use as this time it was over Christmas and new year period so would take longer and he knew I needed a car for work. We collected the car once it was fixed and the problem found was sorted. This was now out of warrenty so NG9 Motors did this repair free of charge. I was reassured I could contact them whenever I needed to and they would help. 8 months later my thermostat broke so I contacted Tony, I was not expecting work for free on this as it is a common fault with these cars. Tony said to take it to him and he would get it sorted, although in the end I decided to let my local garage fix it as it was not a big job. I cannot thank Tony enough for the support he gave, I was so unlucky with the car and it was not anyone's fault yet he is always on hand to help and I really appreciate that. I bet he feels like blocking my number 🤣. Thank you NG9 Motors and I would use again the only issue is the distance.
