My first session today - New kid on...

My first session today - New kid on block! It was FANTASTIC! I was looking for an 'outdoorsy' activity and this ticks all my boxes... I felt no pressure at all and although I wasn't as fit as other particpants they were all so friendly and encouraging. I will most certainly be keeping this up and look forward to the next session....
